- Protein: Protein is essential to hair growth. Lean meats like beef, chicken and pork are excellent sources of protein. But if you’re not into meat, this protein powder is a whey-based product loaded with the same vital nutrients.
- Salmon: Packed with essential omega-3 fatty acids, salmon is crucial for thick, strong, glossy hair. Salmon is also a good source of protein. If you don’t always have time to buy and cook salmon, this salmon oil is a good alternative to the real thing.

In addition to the tips noted above, there are other things you can do to stimulate hair growth. These include regular exercise and seven or eight hours of sleep every night.
